DLR Facing Banner Positions
Custom House DLR rail station is faced from the ExCeL side by a number of banner positions (19 in total) and we can make available 6 of these DLR Facing sites.

Dimensions for sites DF1 – DF10 are 2,775mm wide by 1,800mm high
For sites DF11 – DF19 dimensions are 2,250mm wide by 1,800mm high

Please note that during the tenancy period of World Travel Market sites 1,5,10 will be offered to re-booking exhibitors. If these sites were booked during the rest of the year they would be moved to alternative DLR facing positions for the open period of WTM (each November).

The package also includes the sponsors link/logo on the Homepage of the ExCeL London Invision website which has a growing number of unique exhibitor visitors each year and is projected to reach 5000 plus such visitors in 2010.

ExCeL Marketing Suite
Located in the Boulevard of the ExCeL centre is the Marketing Suite, a glass fronted room used for client meetings and approx 50sqm* in area this space would be a prime year -round location for use as a showroom for cars or luxury goods or combination of both.

Given ExCeL London’s green credentials hybrid vehicles or low fuel emission cars would be ideal candidates for this space.

The site has power, water and waste services connected and is in a prime audience location within the ExCeL venue.

Price Guide £65,000 per annum – this does not include the cost of converting the Marketing Suite to a showroom

ExCeL Car Park
More than 70,000 vehicles use the ExCeL car park each year and this number will rise with the opening of Phase 2 in May 2010.

The opportunity now exists to have sole sponsorship branding rights to the underground car park area and this will include use of poster advertising and sponsor name/logo branding on directional signs in the car park.

The package includes use of nine 6 sheet posters and XX directional signs similar to the one shown below.

Riches Uncovered Exhibition
Riches Uncovered is a three month outdoor exhibition with supporting events which will be taking place at ExCeL London in the summer of 2010. The organiser is looking for sponsors and supporters of the event, which will be a great opportunity to not only reach out to all of the event's visitors but to also be included on promotional material.

Annual attendance to ExCeL is now in the region of two million people per year
Visitors attend a wide range of business to business & consumer exhibitions, conferences and events
Many of these events are the leaders in their field not just in the UK but also in Europe.
ExCeL is an Olympic venue and currently the host for most events during the 2012 Games when compared with other Olympic venues
We have just held our first Olympic related event – this was a very big corporate event for Coca Cola
From 2010 onwards there will be increasing UK media coverage on the Games, the venues and the events that will be held in each
In May 2010, London’s first International Convention Centre opens at ExCeL London and this part of the venue is already being significantly marketed and promoted with a view to bringing large scale international conventions to London.
First confirmed event in the new ICC facility takes place in June 2010 and we expect a confirmation for a May 2010 event to be received very soon
ExCeL London’s audience figures are set to grow strongly from 2010 onwards
