Are your banners recyclable?
Yes, all of our banners are recycled and become traffic cones, carpet underlay & a variety of other products.
Can I collect my banner after the event?
Yes! Let us know that you would like to collect your banner, and we will arrange a date and time for you to collect your artwork.
Are we able to supply our own banners?
Yes. Once it has been delivered to us, we will install it for you. Not all artwork can be produced by clients, we will advise you on what is available for you to produce yourself.
When will the banners be installed?
All artwork will be installed prior to the opening of the show.
What is the artwork deadline?
Artwork deadlines are usually 4 weeks prior to your event. This gives us enough time to check the artwork, and get proofs from our production team.
Are we able to talk to print experts?
Yes - contact us with any questions you have and our inhouse production team will be able to help.
Can Invision artwork for us?
Ideally you should use your own artwork designers, in some cases we may be able to provide help with creation of artwork. There is a charge for studio time when artwork needs to be laid out or an image adjusted.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We require final approved artwork in:-
• Adobe Indesign CS5
• Adobe Illustrator CS5
• Adobe Photoshop CS5
• Quark Xpress 7
• Freehand MX (plus all earlier versions of these programs).
Artwork created in sign writing programs can usually be accepted when exported as .ai or .eps files.
If .pdf documents are being used they must be formatted correctly with NO trim marks or registration marks inside the ‘bleed’ area.
Who installs the banner?
We have a team on-site that will install all banners at Excel. However, if you are ordering in-hall banners (produced by Invision) these will be rigged by Melville Rigging, and must be ordered separately through them.
