Refer to the artwork specification sheet for full details of each site's requirements.
Helpful things to note:
If you are working with a software programme and are not sure whether we support it please call/e-mail one of our team for confirmation prior to commencing work (this could save you unnecessary time).
Backlit 96-sheets - positions 96.4 & 96.9 are situated under an atrium which provides plenty of natural light. This should be taken into account for the artwork design.
Without full colour proofs or Pantone references it is not possible for us to colour match which may lead to client disappointment.
Templates for all shaped sites are available for your convenience. Please ensure you bleed out to the maximum size to avoid any of your image/message being cut off.
In-hall perimeter banners are rigged 7 meters from the ground (to the bottom of the banner) and messages on these should be kept large, bold and very simple for maximum effect.
Washroom advertising cannot be specifically split between male and female due to the moveable walls of washrooms at ExCeL. This should be taken into account when designing posters for this area.
DLR handrail banners and Taxi drop off banners are made of a mesh fabric and will allow light through on bright days.
ExCeL London is a beautifully sleek and modern venue so try to avoid white backgrounds or white expanses as they can lose impact.
If the advertising includes a stand number please check this with the show organiser (or your client) prior to submitting completed artwork as numbers can change whilst an event floorplan is being finalised.
Finally, if you have any queries at all please don't hesitate to contact a member of the Invision team who will be happy to help you.
