Here is a quick overview of the advertising and promotional sites that are available at ExCeL London. As some of these sites are unique to our venue we have provided a brief description for each. To see images of our sites please visit the image gallery.
External 96 Sheet Posters
There are two large backlit posters situated outside the venue, one by the entrance to the car park/next to the taxi drop off point and one to the right of the venue facing the Novotel Hotel.
Internal 96 Sheet Posters
Situated in prime locations along the Boulevard, these backlit, 36sqm posters offer the highest profile coverage for any brand.
DLR Walkway Banners
The DLR Walkway is a walkway of more than 100sqm which connects the ExCeL venue with Custom House DLR station. This area lends itself to banners rather than posters and we offer five different types of banner; Mini Transverse Banners, Transverse Banners, DLR Facing Banners, Hand Rail Banners and Triangle Banners. All can be colourful and impactful.
Western Approach 6 Sheet
These double-sided backlit 6 sheet posters are great for advertising to visitors as they drive or walk along the road that leads to ExCeL’s main entrance and underground car park.
Royal Victoria Square 6 Sheet Posters
Royal Victoria Square is the area in front of ExCeL London at the West of the building. Posters here are ideal for reaching visitors staying in hotels opposite to ExCeL. These sites can also be seen from the West Podium (the raised area outside the West entrance to ExCeL London).
Car Park 6 Sheet Posters
We operate double-sided and single-sided 6 sheet posters in various car park locations in the underground (Undercroft) car park at ExCeL London.
West Podium 6 Sheet Posters
Located directly outside the West entrance to the venue - 3 double sided and backlit sites.
West Podium Pennant Banners
Located in each corner of the West Podium, these are double-sided PVC banners
West Podium Flags
Highly visable to all visitors to the venue and to guests at the hotels to the West of ExCeL.
West Podium Hand Rail Banners
Double-sided banners can be fixed beneath the flags on the West Podium. Banners face in towards the venue and out towards the hotels to the West of the venue.
Stair Handrail Advertising Banners
Your company can brand all or some of the handrails that are located at the West of ExCeL and which connect the venue to Royal Victoria Square.
Pyramid Welcome Banner
This is the first branding site that most visitors to ExCeL London see upon their arrival at the venue – this is your company’s chance to welcome visitors to your event using a very large and prominent banner.
Pyramid Banner
This is a huge domination banner located within the glass Pyramid of ExCeL's West entrance.
Mobile 6 Sheet Posters
Highly versatile double-sided and lit posters which are placed in areas of high visitor density. These are poster sites on wheels, hence why they are called mobile 6 sheet posters.
Hall Entrance Rear Panel Banners
These are large, (48sqm) landscape banners that are placed directly over the entrances to most of ExCeL’s Halls.
Hall Entrance Side Panel Banners
2 large portrait banners situated either side of the hall entrance rear panel banner described above.
Hall Entrance Header Panels
Stunning images can greet visitors with these backlit light box entrance signs (located in low entrances only). It is also possible to brand the rear face to reach visitors leaving the halls.
Hall Entrance Totem Posters
These are backlit, double-sided portrait sites excellent for guiding visitors directly into your event.
Hall Entrance Totem Banners
These 5m tall double–sided banners are situated right outside the entrances to most Halls and sit above the Totem Posters described above. Because of their height, they really attract the eye and can be seen from a long distance.
Interactive Projection Advertisements
An eye-catching, interactive projection system located in the Boulevard on the North side of the venue. This projection system attracts visitors to a floor display which changes image as they step onto it - a great way to capture interest in your product or service when exhibiting at ExCeL London.
Boulevard Banners
These double-sided banners are more than 12m wide and they span the Boulevard in 5 locations. They are one of the biggest and strongest branding opportunities at ExCeL.
Alcove Banners
Distinctive banners of approx. 30sqm in area, they are situated over the main eateries and catering outlets in the Boulevard for maximum impact. Alcove Banners can also be adapted to accomodate 3D models so that a company can literally “stand out” to the people they would most like to market to.
Mini-48 Sheet Posters
Striking backlit advertising sites situated midway along the central internal Boulevard walkway of ExCeL London.
Platinum Suite Entrance Branding
The entrance into ExCeL's Platinum Suite conference venue makes for a a great branding 
opportunity. Great visual impact that can be seen from the West entrance of the venue.
Catering Space Branding
8 full colour rigid panels surrounding visitor seating in the Boulevard catering areas plus table top branding on 20 or more tables.
Washroom Posters
One of the most effective forms of media available and every washroom at ExCeL carries washroom posters.
In-hall Perimeter Banners
Large landscape banners situated at various points around the perimeter of your hall space.
Over-stand Banners
Single or double-sided banners for use in exhibition halls. Can be used to highlight your location to visitors.
Aisle Banners
Single or double-sided banners for use in exhibition halls. Can be used for aisle identification but can also be mounted above stands. They come in various sizes.
The SkyShip
This is a radio controlled, 4m long airship that can be flown around the halls carrying exhibitor or sponsor branding. A hugely visible and very unique promotional tool it can help you to make real impact with the visitors your company would most like to be doing business with.
Freestanding Signs
A variety of pedestals, sentinels and welcome boards are available for hire and are great for directional or information purposes.
